TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. IDENTIFICATION
The online shop zelopet.shop ("Zelo Pet") is operated by Ana Castro, Portuguese tax number (NIF) 274581841, with address at Rua de São Domingos de Benfica 12B, 1500-559 Lisboa, Portugal, email hello@zelopet.shop.

2. SCOPE
These terms apply to purchases made at zelopet.shop. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We aim to make product descriptions and images accurate. Images marked as illustrative are only intended to show how the product is used. Prices are final and include free shipping. The taxes and customs duties that apply to each destination are described in our Shipping Policy.

4. ORDERS
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may only refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason (for example, an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud). In that case, we will inform you immediately and refund the full amount paid.

5. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the respective payment providers.

6. DELIVERY
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage only passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, as set out in our Refund Policy.

8. GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021.

9. LIABILITY
We are liable in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

10. PERSONAL DATA
How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts, images, logos and other content of the shop belong to Zelo Pet or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, consumers may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity, namely CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). More information is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.

14. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the date it was placed.
